the boring part, kept short.
what you are agreeing to when you buy a tank. short, because it does not need to be long.
who you are buying from
tired legs club, a small brand printing and shipping from the United States. anything you need goes to run@tiredlegsclub.com.
when the order is agreed
your order is an offer. it is accepted when we email you a confirmation. if we cannot make it, we will tell you and refund you in full.
prices and tax
$45 per tank, every design. prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. shipping is $5 flat, free over $75.
made to order
nothing is printed until you order it. that is why delivery takes around two weeks, and why a change or cancellation is only possible before printing starts, so email us as soon as you know and we will stop it if it has not gone to the press.
returns and exchanges
free for 30 days, unworn and unwashed, as set out on the shipping and returns page. this is in addition to any rights you have under applicable law.
if something is wrong with it
a flaw, a wrong size sent, or a print that is off: tell us and we replace it. a photo helps us fix it faster and catch it before it reaches anyone else.
the artwork
the designs are ours. buying a tank buys you the tank, not a license to reproduce the print.
what we are not liable for
we are responsible for getting you the tank you paid for, and for putting it right if we get it wrong. we are not responsible for how the joke on it lands.
