plain english, and shorter than most.
we collect what an order needs and nothing else. no data sold, no profiles built, no tracking you across the internet.
what do you collect?
what you give us when you order: name, delivery address, email, and what you bought. payment card details go straight to Shopify Payments and never reach us. we also see basic traffic numbers through Shopify’s own analytics.
why do you have it?
to make the tank, ship it to you, answer you when you email, and email you the club letter if you asked for it. that is the whole list.
do you sell it?
no. we share it with the people who help us fulfill an order: our U.S. print and fulfillment partner, USPS, Shopify Payments, and Klaviyo. they only get what they need to do their part.
how long do you keep it?
order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and no longer. club letter subscribers until you unsubscribe, which is one click at the bottom of every email.
what are my rights?
you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. email run@tiredlegsclub.com and we will take care of it within 30 days. if you are in California you have further rights over your data, and we will honor them wherever you are in the U.S. rather than checking your zip code first.
what about cookies?
we use cookies to run the store, to see how our ads perform, and to send you relevant emails. our partners there are Meta, Klaviyo and Microsoft Clarity. no data is sold.
who is responsible?
tired legs club. anything you want to ask, change or delete goes to run@tiredlegsclub.com and reaches a person.
when did this change?
last updated august 2026. if we change anything material we will say so in the club letter rather than quietly editing the page.
