Look, we get it. You're busy. You've got miles to log, deadlines to hit, and probably a very important decision to make about what to eat next. The last thing you need is a complicated laundry routine. So here's the lowdown on keeping your Tired Legs Club gear as chill as your post-run vibe.

Cold Water Only
Hot water is for boiling pasta, not for preserving the life of your premium cotton blend. Your tank will thank you, and so will your energy bill.

Turn Inside Out Before Washing
This isn't just a suggestion, it's a strategic move. It shields your anti-hustle graphic from the harsh realities of the washing machine. That message needs to last.

Use a Gentle Detergent
Think of it as a spa day for your tank. Harsh chemicals are for cleaning the bathroom, not for the fabric that understands your soul. Keep it mild, keep it mellow.

Tumble dry low. No chlorine bleach. Do not iron the graphic. That's it.

Yes. Once your tank ships you'll get a tracking email so you can follow its journey to your door. Track it obsessively every 20 minutes or forget about it completely until it arrives. We support both approaches. Just like your training plan.
